i bought 10 UNIT test run 3 are defective 1 unit died after 1 week 2 units newly Open Auto shutdown or shutdown when playing valorant 1. seller offer return for repair. I did not agree it should be replace not repair. The unit are Brandnew newly opened. Repair units has less value than BNEW 2. sending back the units cost you a lot.Seller must share the cost of sending back the units atleast half. I will update the review if they agree to replace the unit. THIS IS NOT BUYER FAULT WHY YOUR PRODUCT ARE FAULTY unfair to us buyer i dont want your money just replace the defective not repair im willing it to send i will update the review if they resolve the issue.
